Burdens has become the first multi-site building materials distributor to stock NBT's (Natural Building Technologies) high performance, ecologically sound building products and systems. The move co-incides with the launch of ‘Burdens Environmental', a new team dedicated to delivering the most advanced and sustainable building technologies available to the trade through its existing branch network.
NBT's (Natural Building Technologies) Pavaclad and Diffutherm woodfibre board insulation systems have been used as part of the Park End Street development in Oxford, a major mixed-use new build regeneration project, which incorporates exclusive private apartments, high specification retail and office space, student accommodation and affordable housing.
NBT's ecologically sound Pavatherm, Pavatherm Plus and Diffutherm woodfibre board insulation systems have been used to provide high performance, healthy and sustainable insulation for Willmott Dixon's innovative Re-Thinking school demonstration building, which was launched at the BRE OFFSITE2007 event in June
